Clear and transparent rates (rate card available on request). Regular reporting (monthly client/consultant check-ins). Flexible staffing contract (adaptable duration, exit clause).

Dedicated Account Manager (single point of contact). Permanent reachability (email, phone, video). Regular satisfaction check-ins (quarterly NPS).

Our guarantees

Fast staffing only matters if it lasts. This guarantee applies whatever the delivery mode — full remote, hybrid or on site — and whatever the length of the contract, from 3 months to 2 years. That is why every mission is covered by a replacement guarantee: in case of a mismatch identified during the trial period, we replace the consultant within 2 weeks. The staffing contract itself stays flexible — from 3 months to 2 years, with an exit clause — so it follows the reality of your project instead of constraining it.

Follow-up does not stop at kick-off: your dedicated Account Manager holds a review at day 7, another at day 30, then a monthly check-in, on both the client and the consultant side.
