A dedicated Account Manager follows each engagement and holds monthly reviews with you and the consultant: workload, deliverables, any adjustments. In case of a mismatch, we replace the profile within 2 weeks. And because your needs evolve, the staffing contract stays flexible: from 3 months to 2 years, with an exit clause. You stay in control of the duration; we ensure continuity of service from the first day of the mission to the last.
